Refund policy

At Zia Fabrics, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Slight color differences due to lighting/screen variations

Make sure you review product details carefully before ordering.


3. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 3 days

  2. Share your order number and clear pictures of the issue

  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

If approved, we will guide you on the return process.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not available

  • Approved refunds will be processed via:

    • Bank transfer or mobile wallet (EasyPaisa/JazzCash/NayaPay)

Refunds may take 3–7 working days after approval.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are offered for defective or incorrect items only

  • Replacement will be dispatched after the original item is received and inspected


6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we cover the delivery cost

  • If the return request is not valid, shipping charges will not be covered


7. Order Refusal (COD Policy)

Customers who repeatedly refuse Cash on Delivery orders may be:

  • Restricted from future orders

  • Required to make advance payment for future purchases
