We deliver across Pakistan through third-party courier services.

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or courier issues

Zia Fabrics is not responsible for delays caused by Govt. or courier companies.

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. We are not liable for lost orders due to incorrect details.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. We accept returns or exchanges only under specific conditions (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Requests must be made within 2-3 days of receiving the order. We reserve the right to رفض (reject) any return that does not meet our criteria.
